Return & Refund Policy

At Amethyst Moments, all items are personalised and made to order. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items

As our products are customised with club logos, initials and other personalisation, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personalisation errors made by the customer.

Please ensure that all sizing, initials and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair or refund where required under your statutory consumer rights.

Sizing

We strongly recommend checking the size guides provided on each product page before ordering. As items are personalised, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrectly selected sizes unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once personalisation or production has begun, cancellations and amendments may no longer be possible.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Personalised products are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right, but customers retain their legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items are personalised and made to order, and that returns for change of mind are not accepted.
